When you upload images or submit information to Lumina (such as photos for colour analysis or messages to the AI stylist), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purposes of providing the Service.
Photos uploaded for colour analysis are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers. Images uploaded for AI analysis features are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) and are not retained after the response is generated.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lumina Service — including text, design, graphics, software, and the AI-generated style analyses and recommendations — is owned by or licensed to Lumina and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimers
Style and colour analysis is subjective. The seasonal colour palettes and style recommendations provided by Lumina are AI-generated and based on the colour information you provide. They are intended as a helpful starting point, not a definitive professional assessment.
Results may vary. The accuracy of your colour analysis depends on the quality of your photo and the accuracy of the colour samples you submit. We recommend taking photos in natural daylight without filters for best results.

We do not endorse any specific retailer or product, and we are not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, or quality of third-party products. Some links may be affiliate links.
